Ranch Rules
The Double R Ranch is a Family Fun Resort
We want you to enjoy yourselves and leave with great memories of your stay at Double R Ranch. Remember that everyone has different values and lifestyles. A great time can be enjoyed by all, if you follow these basic rules:
Vehicle & Transportation Rules
- ❌ No private golf carts, motorcycles, or motorbikes of any kind!
- 🚗 Only automobiles and trucks allowed in the park - 2 vehicles per site maximum
- 🅿️ Additional vehicles may park near the camp store or main barn
- ⚡ No motor operated vehicles allowed (including electric) except autos
- 🐢 Speed limit: 5 mph in campground, 15 mph in all other areas
- 🚸 Our roads are used by small children riding bikes to and from campsites
- 🛣️ All vehicles must stay on main roads - Violators expelled immediately!
Noise & Quiet Time
- 🔇 TVs and radios must not be heard beyond your own campsite
- 🌙 Quiet Time: 10 PM | Absolute Quiet: 11 PM
- 🗣️ People must not be heard beyond their own campsite
- ⏰ Visiting hours end at 10:00 PM - Visitors must leave at this time
- 🚪 Park gate closes at 10:00 PM - Late arrivals park in visitor area
Visitors & Guest Policy
- 👥 Excessive visitors to your site will not be tolerated
- 📋 More than 4 adult visitors at once? Get approval from office & manager first
- ⏰ Visiting hours end at 10:00 PM
Safety & Prohibited Items
- 🔫 No firearms allowed on ranch property
- 🪓 Anyone cutting trees will be expelled - Firewood available at camp store
- 🌳 Please respect all nature and wildlife while at the Ranch
Pet Rules
- 🔊 Dogs must not bark repeatedly and must not be left unattended
- 🌲 Do NOT tie pets to trees or shrubs
- 🎪 Do NOT walk pets near playground or ball fields
- 🏊 Pets not allowed at pools or in any buildings
- 🦮 Dogs must be on a leash at all times
- 📏 Leash must not exceed 10' length (20' circle area maximum)
General Conduct
- 🤬 Unacceptable language will NOT be tolerated - Report immediately if bothered
- 📜 Additional rules may be imposed by manager at any time
Important Notice
If you experience others not obeying the rules, contact us immediately. We cannot be everywhere, and your cooperation helps keep Double R Ranch a safe and enjoyable place for all families!
