Concert Shuttle Rules

All shuttle tickets are strictly non-refundable with zero cancellations permitted after purchase. Space is highly limited and seats are reserved exclusively for registered guests.
Pickup & Timing
- Location: All pickups and drop-offs happen exclusively at the Camp Store inside the campground.
- Firm Departures: Shuttles operate on a strict schedule and cannot wait for late guests.
- Boarding: Please arrive at the Camp Store 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
Luggage & Personal Items
- Seating Area Only: You may only bring small personal items that fit completely within your designated seating area (e.g., a small purse or light jacket).
- No Storage: The shuttles do not have a trunk or cargo storage area for large coolers, lawn chairs, or oversized bags. We will try to accommodate but there is not much extra room on the shuttles.
- No Left Items: You cannot leave personal belongings on the bus during the concert. You must take everything with you when you exit.
- Liability: The shuttle service is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Passenger Eligibility & Safety
- Guests Only: Shuttle access is strictly limited to registered Double R Ranch guests.
- ID Required: Passholder names must match your guest registration; no outside visitors or non-guests are permitted on board.
- Conduct: Passengers must remain seated while the vehicle is in motion. Disruptive behavior or failure to follow driver instructions will result in immediate removal without a refund.
